Feature and Follow Friday

Follow Friday is a weekly feature hosted by Alison Can Read and Parajunkee

Q:  If you could "unread" a book, which one would it be? Is it because you want to start over and experience it again for the first time? Or because it was THAT bad?

A: If I could unread any book it would probably be Thirst No.1 by Christopher Pike. I really wanted to like this book but I just really didn't like it. At all. Every time I look at it on my shelf I can't help but think about how I could have used that money for a better book. Sorry to all the fans of that series, I'm not trying to trash the book at all it just wasn't my thing.

Leave a comment and I'll definitely read it and follow back!

I haven't read that book but I have a lot of books on my shelf where I wonder what I was thinking in buying them. It stinks.

  3. I haven't read these, but it's all good. We all have those books we regret reading or especially buying! I can't really think of a book at the moment that I wish I NEVER read, but I do sometimes wish I could experience certain books for the first time again...like the Harry Potter series or The Perks of Being a Wallflower, which I LOVE.

  4. I've read Thirst and I thought the ending was so ridiculous... I didn't hate the book, but I didn't go on with the series. Thanks for sharing!

  15. Hi. New follower. I have not read the Christopher Pike books, but I have seen them in my favorite bookstore often. I might just keep looking at them if people aren't liking them. Or borrow a copy before buying

  16. I could never get into his books either. I tried, but...No. The beauty of it is that there are so many other books out there to try and love!
